The brief given to Spalba was to host their annual event virtually for the very first time. This was to celebrate the milestone as they have clinched the top tractor exporter in 2019 and maintained the same in 2020.

The main Objective of the Annual conference and R&R was to come together to celebrate the milestone & raise the bar of performance for the future and hence the theme was Saath Se Saahas Badhana Hai.

Spalba was roped in to make the same possible virtually and the event saw participation of 250+ Attendees, 15+ Live Speakers for a duration of 150 Minutes.

Challenges and Solutions

Finding a platform that offered extensive support, ease of use and seamless employee engagement.Since it was the first virtual conference for the people at Sonalika Tractors, multiple briefing sessions were organized to familiarize the top management with the concept.
